TUBE CUTTING
Our tube laser cutting capability is designed to deliver accurate, repeatable results across a wide range of structural and fabrication applications. With a 6.6 metre tube laser, we process lengths efficiently while maintaining consistent tolerances, ensuring components are delivered ready for assembly with minimal manual adjustment required.
We work with a variety of common construction and fabrication profiles, including RHS, SHS, tube (25×25 up to 200×200), as well as C channel and angle. This allows us to support everything from structural framing to detailed architectural elements and machinery components, all with the same level of precision and control.
The process enables complex cuts that would traditionally require multiple operations. This includes mitred ends, fish mouths, coped joints, slotted holes, through-holes, and interlocking features—all completed in a single setup. CNC BENDING
Our CNC bending capability is built to provide accurate, repeatable folding for a wide range of construction and fabrication components. Equipped with a 4 metre, 220 ton CNC press brake, we can handle larger parts and heavier materials while maintaining consistent bend angles and reliable results across every job.
We work with material up to 16 mm mild steel, supported by an extensive tooling library that allows us to accommodate a wide range of profiles and bend requirements. This flexibility enables us to produce everything from simple folded plates and brackets through to more complex components with multiple bends, tight tolerances, and specific angle requirements.
The use of CNC-controlled bending ensures precision and repeatability, particularly important for projects requiring multiple identical parts. Components such as brackets, channels, folded plates, and structural elements are produced accurately, reducing the need for adjustment during assembly and improving overall fit-up on site.
